The Audio Guestbook gives your guests a chance to leave more than a signature. Throughout your celebration, they can pick up the phone and record personal messages, stories, advice, laughter, and well wishes for you to listen back to long after the moment has passed.
Your rental includes the vintage-style audio phone, power accessories, delivery and return shipping, and your professionally delivered digital audio recordings.

Make It Personal
About one month before your celebration, send us the greeting you'd like your guests to hear when they pick up the phone. We'll have it programmed and ready for you. -
Your Keepsake Arrives
The Audiobook will arrive approximately 2–5 days before your event, prepared and ready for your celebration. -
Let Them Leave Their Love
Set out the phone and let the memories happen. Guests can pick up the receiver and leave everything from heartfelt wishes and advice to funny stories and unforgettable messages. -
Send The Audiobook Back
Once your celebration is over, simply pack the phone using the provided materials, attach your prepaid return label, and send it back to us. -
Keep Their Voices Forever
We'll prepare your recordings and send them back for you to revisit whenever you want. Choose a digital download, keepsake USB, or upgrade to a custom vinyl record.

Our audio guestbooks are designed to capture the voices, laughter, and words you’ll want to hear again and again. Each telephone is carefully prepared and tested before your event to ensure it’s ready for your special moments.
Materials
Our audio guestbooks feature a vintage-inspired telephone design with an integrated digital recording system. Each phone is paired with the necessary power and/or battery components and arrives ready for guest use.
During Your Event
Place your audio guestbook on a stable, dry surface in an area where guests can comfortably leave their messages. For the clearest recordings, we recommend placing the phone away from speakers, DJs, and other areas with extremely loud music.
Keep food, beverages, candles, and other liquids away from the telephone and its electronic components.
How Guests Use It
Simply pick up the receiver, listen to the greeting, and leave a message after the prompt. When finished, return the receiver to the base. Your message will be saved automatically.
Handle With Care
Please do not unplug, open, disassemble, relocate, or adjust any components of the audio guestbook during your event unless instructed by Our Keepsake.
Our telephones are decorative electronic devices and should be handled with care. Children should be supervised while using the guestbook.
After Your Event
Once your audio guestbook is returned, we’ll retrieve and prepare your recorded messages so you can keep the voices and memories from your celebration long after the day has passed.
The moment may pass. The voices don’t have to.
Shipping + Returns
Shipping + Returns
Your audio guestbook will arrive carefully packaged with everything needed for your special event. Please keep the original shipping box, packaging materials, accessories, and instructions, as everything must be returned together after your event.
A prepaid return shipping label will be included with your order to make the return process simple and convenient.
After your event, carefully repack the audio guestbook using the same box and protective packaging in which it arrived. Please make sure the phone, accessories, instructions, and all other included materials are securely placed inside before sealing the package.
Return By Date
Our audio guestbooks are thoughtfully prepared and used in rotation for weddings and special events. Because another celebration may be waiting for your phone, your package must be shipped back by the return date provided with your order.
The return date refers to the date the package must be dropped off with the designated shipping carrier, not the date it arrives back to us.
Returns shipped after the provided deadline may be subject to additional late fees. Missing or damaged items may also result in additional charges.
We kindly ask that you treat your audio guestbook with care and return everything promptly so we can prepare it for the next special moment.
